  • All academy applicants must provide evidence of treatment qualifications, teaching qualification and valid teaching insurance within 7 working days of enrolment.
  • The Academy Enrolment Fee covers administration, onboarding, account setup and compliance checks and is non-refundable once an application has been submitted.
  • Failure to provide the required documentation within 7 working days may result in the academy application being suspended or cancelled.
  • Access to academy resources, accreditation services and course manuals may be restricted until all required documentation has been received and approved.
