On paying for your course, you are given access, to an on-line, up-to-date and comprehensive manual, incorporating videos on the subject. The manual also incorporates integrated testing. You can only progress through the manual on passing the tests, which are presented at the end of each section. Most manuals comprise 4 sections, broken down into numerous parts. To be successful it's important you understand the theory behind your chosen subject.

Once you have passed all theory tests, the system notifies your Educator that you are ready to undertake your practical course.

By doing all your theoretical studies in advance of your practical training, and by making sure you have a good understanding of the subject, ensures you get the best from your course. Furthermore, your practical courses with your educator is 100% focused on practical work. Again, this ensures you get the best from your training.

For some courses case studies are required post-training to assess your understanding of the subject. Courses requiring post-training case studies are marked on our courses under “Course Keys”.

Your educator will assess your work, including theory tests and case studies (if required) and determine if you pass. They will write a report and submit it to Head Office, who issue certificates in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

If you do not pass the course, then you can come back and do a further assessment for a small additional fee, which are all explained in out Terms & Conditions.

On successfully passing a course you will be issued a certificate and report, which will be posted on-line, on your private account, where you can download and print it.

Course finance is available so you may start your career, or expand your expertise without further delay.

On completing your course you will have ongoing access to up-to-date manuals and videos on the courses you completed.

You will also have on-going access to your educator for advice and support.

The forum is an ideal place to seek, and offer advice and support others - a real circle of friends, helping and supporting each other in many different ways.

You also have free access to a fully functional CPD (Continuing Professional Development) log which records and scores your activities.

We also offer a free PMS (Profile Management System) which records all your Sunshine Hair and Beauty Training courses and allows you to upload certificates / awards / diplomas from other training academies, thereby acting as a central repository for all your certificates. It also allows you to record your employment history and achievements, and to write a profile describing yourself. You decide if your profile is to be private or public.

You are given access to supporting videos and manuals on how to run and market your own hair and beauty business.
